A one-day seminar on Convergence and Zero Dropout convened in Lohardaga, Jharkhand, with 82 local stakeholders. Inspired by discussions with the Deputy Development Commissioner (DDC) and local educational data analysis, the seminar aimed to address dropout rates and ensure educational continuity. It underscored cross-departmental collaboration for the Zero Dropout #Panchayat campaign, focusing on strategies to reduce dropouts and enhance educational transitions at the block level.

Acknowledging the contribution of traditional healers, a felicitation event was hosted at the state's Agriculture Marketing (Mandi) Board in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, on March 13, 2024. Certified under voluntary certification schemes for traditional community health practitioners, these skilled healers were celebrated for their expertise and dedication to serving their communities. Shri Ramvichar Netam, Minister of Tribal Affairs, Agriculture Development And Farmer Welfare, Government of Chhattisgarh graced the occasion, extending his appreciation to Anamaya THC for their efforts in certifying traditional healers. Furthermore, he urged healers to refer patients with complex ailments to primary healthcare centres for further treatment, ensuring comprehensive care and patient well-being. The event not only honoured the rich heritage of traditional healing but also highlighted the significance of integrating traditional knowledge with contemporary healthcare practices in the pursuit of holistic health solutions.

Monal Jayaram, Co-founder & Director at Piramal School of Leadership's School of Education & Systems Change at @CIES Miami outlined PSL's mission to revolutionize India's education system by nurturing student self-agency, compassion, autonomy, and inclusion through 21stCentury curriculum. Detailing the system-strengthening approach of #ProjectSampoorna, a consortium-led program in collaboration with the Department of School Education and Literacy, Jharkhand, she threw light how the initiative aims to integrate Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) into public schools, resulting in the introduction of the #Harsh Johar Curriculum tailored to the socio-cultural context of Jharkhand. Highlighting the importance of Whole Child Development, Monal emphasized shifting the focus from narrow learning outcomes to building student capabilities and agency which empowers students to address inequities in their classrooms and communities effectively.

A one-day seminar titled "Rajasthan Life Skills Seminar: Empowering Education" delved into the significance of 21st-century life skills in paving the path for personal and professional success. The event was honored to have hosted Rajasthan's Honorable Education Minister, Shri. Madan Dilawar ji, and Secretary to Government, School Education, Shri. Naveen Jain ji. It served as a dedicated space for stakeholders from civil society organizations, government agencies, and educators to converge and deliberate on integrating life skills into Rajasthan's socio-cultural fabric. Through empowering dialogues tailored to address Rajasthan's unique challenges, the seminar aimed to foster a holistic approach to education.

The Saksham Assam team organized a district-level dissemination event at the Tocklai Tea Research Institute in Jorhat on February 28, 2024. NHM officials and community representatives attended, where Saksham interventions like the District Task Force, MAAdol drive, and Core Community Group initiatives were showcased. The event emphasized a multi-sectoral approach to MNCH issues, with representatives from various organizations present. A skit by the "Natun Diganta" youth club highlighted community awareness about social protection schemes. National-level consultation event and exhibition focusing on Social, Emotional, and Ethical Learning (SEEL) in 21st Century Education within the framework of the #NationalEducationPolicy 2020 was held at Bagad, Rajasthan. The event brought together key stakeholders from Odisha, Jharkhand, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra, fostering the exchange of best practices in integrating SEE Learning into the education curriculum. Professor Lobsang Tenzin Negi, among other esteemed representatives from Emory University, joined the event for immersive experiences, including field visits and exhibitions.

The Piramal School of Leadership participated in the Sports and Society Accelerator's event, 'The Dialogues,' bringing together stakeholders to address contemporary issues in sports and physical activity (SAPA). PSL, known for its expertise in collaborative narratives and innovative pedagogies, is committed to shaping the future of SAPA through collaboration with partners.

The dialogue between Shri Amarjeet Sinha and Shri Manmohan Singh centred on policy and governance reforms' impact on national initiatives like SSA, NRHM, NRLM, and MoRD. Sinha’s insights into decentralisation and last-mile reach, based on his experience and writings, highlighted the nuances of policy reform and its implementation challenges and opportunities. This engagement provided essential learnings on executing inclusive and effective reforms for transformative change, underscoring the need for deliberate policymaking for national development.

Piramal Foundation was honored at Odisha's state-level felicitation ceremony, Mukhyamantri Sikhya Purashkar, celebrating the contributions of teachers, students, DIETs, Alumni Committees, Gram Panchayats, and district administrations towards transforming the school education system. Since 2017, Piramal Foundation has collaborated with Odisha's Department of School & Mass Education to strengthen systems and build capacities in 21st-century leadership skills. A notable initiative unfolded in Latehar Jharkhand, led by Civil Surgeon Dr. Avdesh Singh where Tri-Cycles were distributed to patients affected by elephantiasis took place during the "Apki yojna Apki sarkar Apki Dwar" event at Kundri High School. The initiative was taken towards improving the lives of filariasis patients in Latehar with a proactive approach to healthcare challenges in collaboration with key district officials.

Driving the purpose of "Doing Well, Doing Good" the Piramal Pharma Limited(PPL) event held on November 28 at PLU Kurla, Mumbai, witnessed active participation of 32 PPL leaders (Band 5 and above). The event focused on fostering a connection with PPL's core purpose of "Sewa Bhav" through meaningful volunteering. Themed on Water Conservation and Sustainability, the six exhibition stalls showcased initiatives like PSL, THC, DBC, ABC- Water, ABC- Health, and ABC- Education. Participants were encouraged to contribute time and expertise, emphasizing a long-term association with carefully selected causes. Piramal Foundation, in collaboration with Seth G.S. Medical College, King Edward Memorial Hospital (KEM), and the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), has initiated a three-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to address healthcare needs in aspirational districts of Maharashtra. The focus is on improving the well-being of 28 lakh tribal residents, starting in Palghar district, with plans for expansion. Led by USAID India Health Office Director Dr. Michelle Lang-Alli, the meet gave our team an opportunity to present a glimpse of our achievements and convergence with other development partners working in Ranchi.
