Piramal School of Leadership is deeply committed to empowering educators to foster holistic, compassionate, and resilient classrooms.
In collaboration with DIET Kargil, a Capacity Building Workshop on Social, Emotional & Ethical (SEE) Learning was conducted for 35 teachers across the district. Over three days, participants explored the neuroscience and practice of compassion, resilience, and social awareness through experiential and reflective pedagogies.
From cultivating self-compassion and “resourcing” to fostering interdependence and systemic well-being, the workshop went beyond training—it inspired a mindset shift. By embedding SEE Learning into classrooms and institutions, the initiative is helping build an ecosystem where compassion and well-being are not peripheral, but foundational.
