HOPE (Health Online Parameter Evaluation)-a tripartite agreement between the Government of Uttar Pradesh, Piramal Foundation and Uttar Pradesh Technical Support Unit, supported by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. To reaffirm our commitment to being a partner in India's development by enabling equitable access to quality healthcare for all at the last mile by ensuring better health outcomes and strengthened health experiences of patients, Uttar Pradesh for the first time ever witnessed such an initiative. Transforming services across all 107 district hospitals in the state, HOPE will empower decision makers to make informed decisions based on compiled data including patient flow, services rendered to patients, key health indicators among others.
