Piramal School of Leadership collaborated with the Department of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, to host a massive leadership development program for the school heads of the state. A staggering 13,000 educational leaders went through extensive residential training led by the State Institute of Education Management and Training (SIEMAT), AP.
The program focused on strengthening key competencies essential for effective leadership in the schools. Participants were immersed in a comprehensive curriculum covering vital aspects such as Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Non-violent Communication, Influence, Conflict Management, Coaching, and Feedback.
