A nukkad natak (street play) was held in Pindari, Bageshwar to create awareness amongst the community about their role as parents and caretakers of children. The children exhibited a science& based model to help their parents understand the importance of education. People in the community previously were unable to comprehend the significance of education and the school system and were not involved in the development of their children. The street play immensely helped in bringing the parents up to speed with the necessities and advantages of education.
