A free eye screening camp was organised at Narayanpur Panchayat in Bokaro, Jharkhand, in partnership with Bokaro Power Supply Company Pvt. Ltd.
Conducted in association with Punardristee Eye and General Hospital, the camp focused on screening and counselling for eye disorders, early detection, and hygiene awareness. The response was heartening—127 individuals registered, and 112 were diagnosed with refractive errors. All diagnosed beneficiaries will receive free spectacles with the correct lens power within 15–20 days.
