The induction of the newest cohort of Karuna Fellowship marked the beginning of an inspiring journey. Over 5 days, from March 6 to 10, 29 Fellows had in-depth discussions on the vision of the organisation, Sewa and Building Bharat, shared life journeys and explored the Karuna Fellowship learning curriculum. They connected with current Fellows and alumni, strengthened their understanding of CBCT, gender sensitivity, POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) and child protection policies and reflected on the importance of mental health. With knowledge and purpose, they move forward as changemakers!
