Project Xurakhya, launched in June with the Labour Welfare Department, Government of Assam, is expanding access to Employee State Insurance (ESI) for 13 lakh beneficiaries across the state. Led by the Digital Bharat Collaborative, the initiative strengthens service delivery and builds trust in public systems—bringing quality healthcare to last-mile workers.
