Throughout this month, Digital Bharat Collaborative, a part of Piramal Foundation, engaged in vital awareness-building activities alongside our CSR partners to ensure equitable access to quality primary healthcare in underserved areas.
- World Hand Hygiene Day (May 5th): Emphasizing disease prevention through proper handwashing habits.
- World Asthma Day (May 7th): Raised awareness on asthma management and prevention, benefiting over 80 beneficiaries with the theme "Asthma Education Empowers."
- International Nurses Day (May 12th): Recognized nurses' critical role in healthcare under the theme "Our Nurses. Our Future. The economic power of care," supported by Bokaro Steel Plant and Shriram Social Service Foundation.
- National Dengue Day (May 16th): Focused on dengue prevention with awareness sessions and community clean-up drives, engaging around 75 participants supported by Bokaro Power Supply Company Limited and Aurobindo Pharma Limited.
- World Hypertension Day (May 17th): Addressed high blood pressure challenges with sessions on accurate measurement and control, benefiting approximately 125 people with support from Bokaro Power Supply Company Limited and Sanofi Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients.
