Residential Training Program to Equip Health Leaders with Skills in Leadership and Teamwork

PSL's School of Health hosted a three-day residential training program that convened 40 emerging health leaders from Sitamarhi district, Bihar, to hone essential skills for effective leadership and teamwork. The participants delved into diverse sessions aimed at equipping them with the tools needed for Strategic Planning and Sustainable Problem Solving. Interactive training sessions provided the perfect platform for peer learning and collaboration, fostering a strong network among the Health Leaders. Expert-led discussions tackled practical challenges faced by participants daily, sparking innovative and effective solutions. In addition, practical exercises and case studies further enhanced Leadership Capabilities, ensuring every attendee left with a wealth of knowledge and practical skills.
