Pallavi Singh, batch IV Karuna fellow hails from Goplaganj district of Bihar. Her journey from a reserved individual to a powerhouse of impact exemplifies the profound transformation fostered by the Karuna Fellowship. Joining Batch IV in Gopalganj District on April 3, 2023, Pallavi's two-year tenure has not only honed her skills but also unleashed her potential to drive change in her community.

Pallavi actively supported the District Health Society across various initiatives, including ANMOL adoption, HMIS, E-Sanjeevani, RCH, DARPAN, U-Win, PMSMA strengthening, and NQAS for HWC in NQAS. Her dedication and efforts significantly contributed to the success of these programs.

Pallavi's dedication to excellence earned her recognition on multiple fronts. Her involvement in the National Quality Standard (NQAS) training and support for HWC Ekderwa exemplify her commitment to raising the bar in healthcare delivery. Notably, her efforts in addressing the critical issue of doctor availability underscore her dedication to ensuring access to essential healthcare services.

Additionally, her proactive approach in promoting ANMOL adoption garnered her a nomination for appreciation on International Women's Day, a testament to her impact on the ground.

March 11, 2024, marked a significant milestone in Pallavi's journey, as she was acknowledged by Dr. Birendra Prasad, alongside other distinguished women, for her contributions to the health sector. Dr. Prasad's commendation not only validates Pallavi's efforts but also fuels her aspirations for the future.

Looking ahead, Pallavi envisions a career dedicated to addressing mental health issues among village women. Armed with newfound confidence and a passion for social change, she is poised to make a lasting impact in the development sector, tackling societal challenges with compassion and determination.
